Based in East Lothian, Dodger is a small-batch producer of jams, jellies, marmalades and chutneys, with a simple philosophy: make the most of really good fruit.

Working with the rhythm of the seasons, Dodger uses Scottish produce wherever possible, including surplus fruit from a beautiful old walled garden in East Lothian that might otherwise go to waste.

The business grew from a family tradition of preserving home-grown produce and today carries that same approach into every jar — seasonal fruit, carefully made, with no artificial colours or additives.
